The bed sheets were so soft and lovely. The room was specious, but we got it as an upgrade after it took the reception over 15min to find our reservation.
The service in the restaurant was ok, but not perfect.

Very nice hotel. Friendly front desk. Beautiful lobby.
Concierge could have known more about local restaurants. His advice was good, but could have been better. The locals gave excellent restaurant advice. Otherwise, it was great.

Fabulous views were a bonus.
I didn't feel like leaving, had a really really nice experience and will be returning here soon. The hotel was beautiful and cool, and I liked it. The location was marvellous and stunning, for example, Pike Place Market was just a short walk away from the venue. The hotel was in a nice enough area, really close to nearby store, great restaurants and staff and signature Trace cafe with cozy atmosphere.
